If the item has a manufacture’s defect, bring it to Funky Munky, and ask for a Manager to arrange for a replacement.
If the item does not have a defect, yet you are not completely satisfied with the item, you may bring the item back to the store in exchange for a store credit of the full purchase price.

You must notify Funky Munky Music within 14 days of purchase.
You must bring the item back to Funky Munky Music within 14 days of purchase.
Item(s) with a purchase price of $999 or more:
You must notify Funky Munky Music within 24 hours of purchase.
You must bring the item back to Funky Munky Music within 48 hours of purchase.
All items brought back for exchange, must be in the original packaging; contain the warranty card(s), owner's manual(s), and all accessories included with the original purchase; and show no signs of wear or abuse. Otherwise the item will either be refused for exchange, or subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the exchange credit.
The following items are not exchangeable except for defects: opened or used sets of strings, boxes of reeds, computer software, tubes, internal earphones, earplugs, traditional and ethnic wind instruments, harmonicas, raw-frame speakers, pickups that have been installed, drumheads and sticks, Cymbals and Drums, washed or worn clothing and footwear, body jewelry, books, cassettes, CDs, DVDs, and videos.
